A certified John Maxwell coach and speaker, as well as the COO for Collaborative Solutions Group, Christina Bartolotta is truly passionate about growth, development, and executing with excellence. Having played a major role in turning around several businesses throughout multiple industries, Christina is known for her consistency, process development, implementation, and genuine desire to help others. This mother of two young boys, wife, co-founder of a 501(c)(3) charity and the supervising editor for FLAME, continues to be committed to being a major player in creativity, development, and innovation relative to human capital and operational dynamics..
Laura’s passion has always been to help individuals and organizations reach their goals.
Whether helping build a marketing agency, advising as a sales, marketing, and leadership coach with small companies, Laura has been in the trenches working to advance the vision of the lives and businesses she’s been able to positively impact their results through measured and intentional mentorship and coaching.
Laura’s affiliation with the Duct Tape Marketing system gives her a platform to effectively leverage her passions and expertise. Most businesses begin and end using marketing tactics void of a planned strategy.
Ed Watkins is a former offensive lineman for ECU and has been an active NASCAR pit crew member for 23 years with multiple championships under his belt. With his history in these competitive fields he most definitely has the mentality of a winner. In 2017 Ed became an entrepreneur when he decided to purchase a failing boat retail facility and turned it around to become a pillar of success and excellence within the community of Denver North Carolina.
With a passion for winning across multiple industries and interests that include boating, sports, entrepreneurship, family and faith Ed knows professionalism, craftsmanship, and how important the quality of service is for business owners. Ed understands teamwork, discipline, and leadership at the highest levels and as a certified coach, teacher and speaker he is equipped as a CSG team member to add value to individuals and teams.
CSG Client Specialist
Mick Tobin is a client specialist with Collaborative Solutions Group. With his love of people, Mick takes an empathetic approach to connect with clients, listening to their stories, hearing their needs, and discussing how Collaborative Solutions Group can assist in their business growth.
Mick is a rising freshman at Duke University dedicated to bettering the community through his passion for business. As Chief Executive Officer of the 501c3 nonprofit, Artivities, Mick raised $3900 from community fundraisers, of which he used to create over 300 art kits for economically disadvantaged children. Additionally, Mick partnered with dozens of local businesses to educate fellow students on business concentrations by hosting monthly virtual career fairs at his high school.
Mick truly believes in the value of listening. From his time as a Willis Towers Watson Marketing Intern for the Carolinas and D.C., Mick used a slow-in-fast-out approach, attentively gaining information and producing nationally utilized reports. Furthermore, Mick cherishes relationships, conversing with customers and providing second-mile service as a Coach at Chick-Fil-A Mooresville.
