Performance Essentials 101

This program is for individuals and teams looking to grow their ability to have and maintain personal and professional success. Personal effectiveness grows from within and this program helps participants identify the areas where they can effect meaningful change and understand what is necessary to enact long-lasting personal and professional growth.

The topics covered form the core foundation for growth and the methodology of our courses ensure that we cover the topics from multiple angles and provides an engagement activity to ensure that the lessons learned are fully understood and internalized.

Session FOrmat

Each session consists of the following: a networking breakfast followed by 3 sections on the first topic of the day.  Then, after a short break, we have 3 sections of the second topic for the day. There will be a pause in the middle of the day for lunch and more networking. The afternoon will cover 2 more topics in the same schedule as the morning. Each topic segment ends with a group engagement activity intended to put the information covered into practice. Each day’s session is capped off with a 30 minute Panel Discussion intended to provide real live examples and experience on the day's topics.

Topics Covered

  • DISC - Every attendee will receive a full DISC Assessment along with a breakdown of how you communicate and ways to improve your communications with others. The information from this will be woven into the whole program.

  • Purpose - Everybody is fueled by a "Why". This is our purpose. It's what gets us out of bed in the morning and helps us push through when things get tough. Understanding your purpose and how it drives you is the first step in maximizing your potential.

  • Mindset - We have all had days where we just don't feel on. Our confidence may be rattled or our blinded by doubt. Learning to refocus and reach beyond the doubts and questions is crucial to sustained success.

  • Communication - What we communicate and how we communicate plays an important role in how people perceive what we say and who we are. Learn the keys to clear, concise communication and maximize your ability to influence those around you.

  • Leadership - Leadership is much more than being the one "In Charge." True leaders are most successful when they can get everybody to buy into a plan of action and work towards a common goal. Learn the traits that differentiate leaders from bosses.

  • Building Relationships - Friends, family, co-workers, even customers; it's pretty universally understood that we can accomplish more when we aren't alone. Learn the keys to identifying and building strong, supportive relationships that help you succeed.

  • Sales & Marketing - Sales and marketing is more than just a communication skill or an influence skill. The reality is, no matter what our role, we are always selling. Sometimes its a product to outsiders. Other times its our own ideas to to our team or managers. Learn the skills that take your sales game to the next level.

  • Influence - Influence isn't about getting your way. It's about getting those around you to internalize the changes of course or actions you propose in a way that engages them as an advocate and brings them on board with a plan. Learn how to cultivate influence.

  • Time Management - Time is a finite asset. There are only so many hours in a day. To get the most our of your time you have to be able to differentiate between what only you can do, what can be delegated, and what actions may be dependent upon others. Learn the keys to effective time management.

Titus Bartolotta

Titus Bartolotta is the founder, president, and senior consultant & trainer for Collaborative Solutions Group. As the creator of PE101, Titus is committed to seeing others advance their vision and see measurable growth in their skills.

Titus Bartolotta is a professionally certified business / life coach, teacher and speaker having received his training from The John Maxwell Team. He’s the host of ESPN’s radio program Solutions From The Huddle and is a published author having released The Master Within in 2018. Titus is the founder of a North Carolina 501(c)(3) Charity called The Lotta Foundation and along side of the Lotta team he had helped to usher in support and resources for thousands of families in North Carolina. As the President of two successful for profit business, Business Leaders Unleashed and Collaborative Solutions Group, Titus understands what it means to be an entrepreneur who creates, develops and masters growth.

Titus is married to his best friend and wife of 10 years, Christina Bartolotta. Together they have two children and live in beautiful Lake Norman NC. Movies, live music, and time with family, and friends rank amount the top of a favorite things to do list for Titus.

Having received training, degrees, and certifications for Business Management, Culinary Arts, and Seminary, Titus appreciates the art and importance of learning and has applied that into a successful professional career forging the tools and experience of such into a life of joy and love. This is even more special when you learn that Titus navigated a challenging childhood inside poverty and a broken home. Where many are defined by such struggle, Titus has been refined by it and uses all God has blessed him with to pour value into his clients, and students.


Dave Ferguson

Dave Ferguson is an internationally respected executive coach, speaker, trainer, and author, in the areas of leadership, sales, and personal development.

Prior to launching his coaching and speaking business in 2006, Dave had 21 years of corporate leadership experience. Dr. Damon Silas

Dr. Damon Silas, a Clinical Psychologist will be helping us peer behind the curtains on each of the topics we cover to discover why we think and respond the way we do.

Dr. Damon Silas is a Clinical Psychologist, Consulting Hypnotist, Mind-Body Wellness Coach, Author and Speaker. He has extensive and diverse clinical experience, ranging from working with children and adolescents on the autistic spectrum and those with emotional disturbances, to working with the military population. He is the co-owner of Tipping Point Wellness, which creates custom programs for people desiring to make powerful and holistic changes to and for themselves. Dr. Silas specializes in working with males, the marginalized and traumatized. Dr. Silas is the author of the book entitled From Mourning To Knight: Overcoming Loss, as well as a follow-up eBook entitled What’s Your ACTION Plan? 6 Powerful Ways To Get Unstuck In Your Life Now, which details ways to help those who feel stuck in their lives take their next steps forward. Dr. Silas is an active board member of The Barbershop Group, specializing in mental health for men; and is also a board member for Queen City Unity, an organization dedicated to equity and equality for all in Charlotte.


Courtney McCarthy

We will also be joined by Courtney McCarthy who will serve as our Master of Ceremonies and will run our team accountability program. Courtney has over a decade of sales training, coaching, and execution.
